Among the items discussed will be tax subsides for warehouses at Lambert to process international cargo. It is part of the effort to make Lambert a freight hub for cargo from Asia and eventually Latin America and Europe. We talk to a local economist who hopes he has a plan "b" to save the hub if the tax subsidies deal collapses in the legislature.
