Visitation & Funeral For Murdered St. Charles Soldier

Visitation is Wednesday and the funeral Thursday for a local soldier, murdered last week. Residents lined a street in St. Charles to welcome home the body of 26-year-old sergeant first class, Fredrick Moses. He was shot and killed in Clarksville, Tennessee last week after an argument.

Sergeant Benjamin Schweitzer, the accused shooter, gave himself up after the shooting. The wake for Sergeant Moses is from 3-9pm at Baue Funeral Home in St. Charles. A funeral mass will be held Thursday morning at 10am at St. Peters church in St. Charles.
