Dressing professionally for an interview is really important. How you dress can make , or break, your chances of getting a job offer. But what do you do when you can't afford interview attire? One  local  organization  is helping disadvantaged job seekers dress appropriately for an interview and prepare  for an interview effectively.

Connections To Success  is a non-profit organization  providing programs   to help inspire  under privileged women realize their dreams ,   by helping break  the cycle of poverty for those searching for a place to work .  When jog hunting,  first impressions are critical to a potential employer.   One suit can make a difference  for job seekers. It's called dressing for success  and   Connections is dedicated to helping low income women who are  struggling obtain and keep a job  by providing hope  through a variety of programs and services.

Many of the participants continue to take a proactive role in seeking employment . Donated clothes at the Dress for Success Midwest Boutique are  given to clients.
Organizers say  dressing properly will give  job seekers a competitive edge and  a   positive first  impression. Connection For Success philosophy is simple but powerful.
