Teen Accused of Abandoning Newborn Due in Court

ELLISVILLE, MO (KTVI) – The teen charged with abandoning her newborn is expected in court Wednesday. Kaitlin Norton, 19, is accused of leaving her baby in the yard of an Ellisville home in February.

A woman found the little boy wrapped in a bloody towel.  Kaitlin had apparently concealed her pregnancy. The baby is now in state custody.
