Spirit Airlines Set To Have Most Expensive Baggage Fee

(CNN) – Baggage fees are set to becoming more expensive than ticket prices at one airline.  Discount flyer ‘spirit’ airlines will soon charge one hundred dollars to store carry-on luggage in the overhead bin.  The fee stays at $45 if you pay at an airport counter or kiosk.

The higher charge happens if you forget and have to pay at the gate.  The new fee takes effect November 6th.
