Metro’s Most Wanted: Alleged Child Predator On The Run

JENNINGS, MO (KTVI) - An alleged child predator is on the run in St. Louis County.  Curtis Franklin, 27, had warrants issued this week for allegedly sodomizing and having sex with little kids.  His victims, according to county police, were an 11-year-old girl, and a 6-year-old boy.

The courts have already put a $100,000 bond on Franklin, who police say committed these horrible acts in a home in Jennings, Missouri.

He’s charged with nine different incidents:

  • 3 counts Statutory Sodomy in the First Degree
  • 3 counts of Attempt Statutory Sodomy in the First Degree
  • 2 counts of Statutory Rape in the First Degree
  • 1 count of Child Molestation in the First Degree

Franklin is homeless, and known to roam St. Louis City and County.

Curtis Franklin is 5'4" and about 150 pounds.  Police say he's a danger to children as long as he's out there.
