Cardinals Retire Tony La Russa’s Jersey #10

ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI)-The Cardinals retired the jersey of former manager Tony La Russa on Friday night before their game with the Braves at Busch Stadium. LaRussa, who led the club to two World Championships in his 16 year tenure as Cardinals manager, was honored in a 30 minute ceremony featuring many former Cardinal players and executives. Fox 2 Sports reporter Charlie Marlow was at Busch Stadium for the ceremony.
