(KTVI) - The effort to raise Missouri’s tobacco tax gets the green light from a Cole County judge.  The judge says the language for the measure on the November ballot is fair and sufficient.  It would increase the state's cigarette tax to 90-cents a pack. Currently its 17-cents, which is the lowest in the nation.

State taxes on other tobacco products would also increase.
