Google+: Are People Using It?

Its “Circles” allowed you to share some things with close friends, others with your family, others with coworkers, etc. But its popularity is seemingly low compared to Facebook. So is it a useful social-media platform?  Chris Reimer is the V.P. of Social Media at Falk Harrison and social media strategist, and he tells us more about Google+ and why some people really like it.
