Pay It Forward: Raymond Johnson

ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI)– They grew up in the same north St. Louis neighborhood in the 1960s and now they’re back living only blocks apart.

They’re both trying to help improve the Jeff-Vander-Lou area.

As Fox 2′s Elliot Weiler shows us one of them is taking an extra step to say thanks with our pay it forward award.
