Metro’s Most Wanted: South St. Louis Bank Robber

ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) – Police are currently investigating a bank robbery in south St. Louis.

The FBI says the US Bank in the 5300 block of Southwest Ave. was robbed around 9:30 am Monday. The suspect allegedly entered the bank and handed the teller a note demanding money. Police say he didn’t show a weapon, but said he had one in his car.

The suspect is a black male, light complexion, wearing a gray Cardinal’s hat, blue shirt, khaki pants, and gray tennis shoes. Anyone with information is asked to call Crimestoppers at 866-371-TIPS.
