(KTVI)-The sixth annual St. Louis Brewers Heritage Festival kicked off Friday night in a new location, Ballpark Village in downtown St. Louis. The 2012 event features 20 local brewers and more than 80 beer styles. The goal of the event is to honor St. Louis’ rich brewing history and the current robust beer community.
Aside from beer, the festival features demonstrations, great food, and live music.
There are two sessions Saturday, June 16: 11:00am-3:00pm and 5:00pm-9:00pm. There is one session Sunday, June 17: 11:00am-3:00pm. Tickets at the gate are $35.00 a person. Designated Drivers get in for free.
Attendees should realize that the St. Louis Cardinals have ballgames at Busch Stadium both Saturday and Sunday, so parking may be hard to find.
