Fire Damages Collinsville Condo Complex

COLLINSVILLE,  IL (KTVI) – Fire tore through a condo complex in Collinsville Wednesday night. The fire damaged three of six units in the building on Rolling Oaks Drive.

People who live there say they are lucky because a man walking by saw the fire and knocked on every door to make sure everyone made it out safely.  At least 40 firefighters from six different departments helped fight the flames.

Investigators are working to determine a cause.
