Hazelwood Boeing Plant To Make C-17 Parts

HAZELWOOD, MO. (KTVI) – Boeing is offered big bucks to make jets for the U.S. Air Force.  The Department of Defense announces the aerospace giant won two contracts for the purchase of one C-17.

The order is worth an estimated $340 million dollars.

Boeing’s defense, space and security segment, in Hazelwood, will make about 20 percent of the parts for the C-17.
