Illegal Fireworks Stand Goes Up In Flames

CHESTER, WEST VIRGINIA (CNN) – It was an unexpected fireworks display in West Virginia over the weekend.  Police say an illegal fireworks stand caught fire in a bar parking lot and you can see the result.
Investigators think an extension cord that was running from the bar to the stand may have created a spark.

The stand owner is facing criminal charges.
