NEW YORK, NY. (CNN) - Bernie Madoff's younger brother could soon be living behind bars too. Peter Madoff pleaded guilty Friday to federal charges that he helped cover up the biggest Ponzi scheme in history. Here you can see him leaving court in New York.

He faces up to 10 years in prison as part of a plea deal.

The 66-year-old pleaded guilty to charges of conspiracy and falsifying investment records. He was accused of lying to clients and obstructing the Internal Revenue Service. 74-year-old Bernie Madoff pleaded guilty in 2009 to multiple federal counts and is currently serving time in a North Carolina prison.

His release date is in 21-39.
