Local Woman Turns Lay-Off Into Children’s Books

(KTVI)-Shelly Lee Gossett was laid off in July of 2011.  Instead of searching the employment ads, she decided to pursue her lifelong dream of writing children`s books and starting a publishing company. Her mission: to providing entertaining and educational books to enrich the lives of children.
