DOWNTOWN, ST. LOUIS, MO. (KTVI) – The St. Louis Board of Aldermen Friday gave final approval to a bill, to let voters decide whether to cut the size of the board in half. The measure was introduced by alderwoman Phyllis Young and was approved on a 21 to 7 vote.
