O’Fallon Man Arrested On Burglary And Molestation Charges

O’FALLON, MO. (KTVI) – An O’Fallon, Missouri man is under arrest accused of trying to molest a 13-year-old during a burglary.  Pedro Chavez is charged with two counts of attempted child molestation and one count of burglary.

Police say Chavez broke into a home to burglarize it, while there; he also tried to molest a 13-year-old victim.

He then left an came back and tried a second time to molest the victim.

He’s being held on 100-thousand dollars bond.
