The Latest U.S. Weather Map:

A NICE SHIFT IN THE PATTERN FOR A DAY ON SUNDAY…FINALLY A WIDESPREAD RAIN…A QUARTER INCH TO AN INCH AN A HALF…DEPENDING ON WHERE YOU LIVE. NOT THE WARM FRONT…THAT WAS THE RUNNING BOARD FOR THE RAIN AND STORMS BOWS TO THE NORTH/NORTHEAST ON MONDAY OPENING THE DOOR TO THE SOUTHERLY FLOW ONCE AGAIN…ITS HOT AND HUMID…HANGING AROUND 100 DEGREES MONDAY AFTERNOON…LETS WATCH FOR A SPOT AFTERNOON/EARLY EVENING THUNDERSTORM. HOT AND HUMID TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY…ANOTHER STRONG SYSTEM WILL DROP IN FROM THE NORTH LATE IN THE WEEK INTO THE WEEKEND…A COOL FRONT…WITH SOME STORMS FRIDAY NIGHT INTO EARLY SATURDAY…THEN A SLIGHT PULL BACK IN TEMPERATURES FOR THE WEEKEND. THE KEY TO THE PATTERN THIS WEEK…THE MONSTER DOME OF SUMMER WILL BE PARKED OVER THE CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN PLAINS…KEEPING THE 105+ HEAT OUT THERE(WE ARE STILL HOT) WITH A NORTHWEST FLOW TO OUR EAST/NORTHEAST…SO WE ARE ON THE EDGE OF TWO VERY DIFFERENT PATTERNS…IN A WEATHER NO MAN’S LAND…AS A RESULT WE SEE ALITTLE BIT OF BOTH PATTERNS OVER THE NEXT 10 DAYS
