Billboard In Las Vegas Leaves Mannequins Hanging

LAS VEGAS, NV. (CNN) – Several billboards around Las Vegas this morning (Wednesday) certainly grabbed drivers’ attention.  One billboard sported the slogan “Dying for Work” with a mannequin in a business suit dangling from the sign.  

A second billboard with the words “Hope You’re Happy Wall Street” also featured a hanging dummy.
But it seems the campaign is somewhat of a mystery.  
The billboard space apparently belongs to Lamar Advertising.
But the company says no one has paid for the sign.    
One of the billboards has already been taken down.
