Teacher Strike Looming In Edwardsville

EDWARDSVILLE, IL (KTVI)– Edwardsville educators are frustrated over class sizes and pay.

The superintendent tells FOX 2 that he believes the issue of class size will be resolved during Thursday night’s meeting.

That leaves a 1 year salary freeze and adjustments to the pension as potential deal breakers. 

The teachers though say that class-size is the biggest issue in getting the deal done.
