CLAYTON, MO (KTVI) - Chef Andrew Paris, of the Ritz-Carlton, showed Tim how to spice up school lunches with avocado spread and a great chicken sandwich made with leftovers.

The Ritz-Carlton in Clayton is offering a class to help parents in one of the annual back-to-school dilemmas:  healthy lunches.

The hotel is offering a Back-to-School-Lunch cooking class on August 25.  Healthy alternatives to the school sack lunch covered in The Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis 'Back to School' cooking class will include: Sandwiches - Grilled Portobello and Avocado Wrap; Chick Pea Po'boy;  and Curried Chicken Pita & parfaits and smoothies.
