Former Gov. Blagojevich Anniversary Message To His Wife From Prison

(KTVI) – Here’s the message from behind bars that former Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich to his wife on their anniversary.  The email shows the convicted governor is still confident he’ll be released on appeal.

His wife posted the email on “Facebook”, saying ‘got this message from rod, it is better than flowers.’

Part of it says, “P.S… Hey by the way, what are you doing next year on this day? Can I take you out?”

Blagojevich is serving a 14-year prison term.
