ST. LOUIS, MO. (KTVI) – We begin tonight with an alleged killer on the run. You’ll be seeing a lot of Larry Belk in the coming days; he’ll be featured on a number of Crimestoppers billboards. He’s wanted in connection with a December seventh murder in Alton. Police at the time said he and another man were trying to rob 23 year old Tyler Hoppe on Hampton Avenue there. Hoppe resisted and was shot and killed. The second suspect is locked up. Belk has a cell and a $1 million dollar bond waiting for him.
In St. Louis County Police would like to introduce you to twenty-four-year-old Ryan Martin. They say Ryan has been into a few things, such as burglary, stealing, assault, receiving stolen property, auto theft, resisting arrest, and more burglary. His last address was in sunset hills, and cops say he likes to hang around in South County.
Martin is 6’2″, 190 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes. However, police say he may have died his hair blonde. Police say he’s armed and dangerous
