Festivals & Concerts Continue Despite Rain

ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) – The sound of Toby Keith is making people forget about the weather. Despite threats of on and off rain, people pile into the Verizon Wireless Amphitheater to see the country music star in concert. Many are motivated by the red, white and blue. Others by the drink their cups.

“Rain or shine Toby`s here we got our red solo cups it`s been so hot all summer who cares if it rains a little bit. We got boots we got red solo cups. We got Toby Keith woo!” said Mady Ott.

 By all accounts the it was a great show but when the rain picked up  around 10pm. Most people started taking off.
