Former St. Louis Teacher Charged With Rape

ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI)– A former instructor at the now defunct Imagine Academy is facing several sexual abuse charges.

Ronald Wilkerson is charged with two counts of forcible rape, two counts of statutory rape, and two counts of tampering with a witness or victim.

Police say the victim was younger than 17 years old and was a student at Imagine Academy.

They say Wilkerson also tried to keep the victim from reporting the crime.
