CLAYTON, MO (KTVI)-The man accused of the 2008 bombing inside a Clayton, MO parking garage has pleaded guilty in federal court. Milton "Skip" Ohlsen III, 41, was indicted June 30, 2011 on charges of being a felon in possession of an explosive; malicious use of an explosive device; use of a destructive device to commit a crime of violence; interstate transportation of an explosive with intent to cause injury; and possession of an unregistered destructive device.
