Clergy Take Stand Against Speed Cameras
(KTVI) – Have you been busted by one of those speed cameras along Interstate 70 or 170? About 13 municipalities put them up. They say it’s to make drivers slow down or to make roads safer. But a number of local clergy members think its nothing but a money grab.
Pastor B.T. Rice from the New Horizon Christian Church is on of them. He’s involved in the effort to have voters decide whether they’re a good idea.
The news conference is scheduled for 10 a.m. at Shalom Church City of Peace.
