St. Louis County Police Employee’s Body Found In Burning Condo

FLORISSANT, MO (KTVI)–St. Louis County Police are investigating the suspicious death of one of their employees. Deidra Exum’s body was found inside a burning Spanish Lake condominium on Chesapeake Drive at Blossom Wood Drive Friday afternoon.

Exum, 51, was a civilian employee of the department for about four years. Her death is being treated as a suspicious death. The Medical Examiner determined that the woman died of blunt force trauma before the fire started.

The entire incident is under investigation.
