ALTON, IL (KTVI) – Alton Township Commissioner Don Huber brought along some monsters and the Piasa Bird. The most haunted small town in America hosts its annual Halloween parade with more than 80 entries, including floats, bands and parade flair.
The monsters that taunted Tim were from "R" Acres of Terror in Dow, Illinois.
