ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) - Marlee Schweppe spent $300 dollars on tickets to Saturday's Justin Bieber concert earlier this year. When she went to redeem her tickets she discovered the broker iConcertTickets.com was closed down and  couldn`t be reached.

Marlee says she spoke to another company involved in the purchas and called ConcertTicketCenter.com and was told they could only release them to the broker. Without a refund option Marlee had lost her money.

A local broker found out about what happened to Marlee and surprised her with a new pair of tickets.

We tried to contact both vendors. iConcertTickets.com has an F and revoked rating from the BBB could not be reached. Employees at ConcertTicketCenter.com said we could only contact their legal department by email and we did. FOX 2 is still waiting for a response.
