McCaskill, Akin Make Last-Minute Push For Votes
(KTVI) – The race for one of Missouri’s U.S. Senate seats will be decided on Tuesday. A survey from Public Policy Polling shows Claire McCaskill with 48 percent of the vote, compared to Todd Akin’s 44 percent.
McCaskill wil travel the state Monday to several “Get Out the Vote” canvass kickoffs. She will take her tour from Columbia to Springfield and Kansas City before ending at 6:45 p.m. in Bridgeton, MO.
Congressman Todd Akin is also on the campaign trail. He will make five stops to thank volunteers in St. Peters, Florissant, Fenton, St. Louis City and High Ridge.
