CIA Director Petraeus Resigns After Extra-Marital Affair

WASHINGTON DC (CNN) – President Barack Obama accepted the resignation of CIA Director David Petraeus on Friday, a day after the retired general asked to step down because of “poor judgment” over an extra-marital affair, according to a letter from Petraeus.
