St. Louisans “Stuff The Truck” For Hurricane Sandy Victims

KIRKWOOD, MO (KTVI) - Switch Marketing hosted the 'Stuff the Truck' donation drive to help Hurricane Sandy survivors.

The first location opened at the Kirkwood Commons shopping center at 5:30 Friday morning. The second opened at the Soldier`s Memorial Museum in Downtown St. Louis at 7 a.m. Switch launched the #STLFORSANDY Hurricane Relief effort to collect desperately-needed items for survivors still struggling with power outages and homelessness. It has been more than a week since the storm left the United States` east coast.

You can bring:
• baby and adult diapers, baby formula
• non-perishable food
• blankets
• toiletries
• bottled water
• pet food
• pet bowls
• kitty litter
• wet wipes
• work gloves
• cleaning supplies, including bleach
• heavy duty garbage bags
• disinfectant
• batteries (C`s and D`s)
• flashlights
• candles
• large plastic containers with lids
• tarps, hammers, nails, screwdrivers & other basic tools

Drivers from Hogan Trucking will take the stuffed 53` trailers to New Jersey on November 10, 2012.
