CLAYTON, MO (KTVI) - A high case is scheduled to go to court Friday in Clayton. Shelby Dasher, the woman who authorities say admitted to beating her baby boy to death, is scheduled to make an appearance.
Shelby Dasher was charged with Second Degree Murder for allegedly beating her 13 month old baby boy Tyler nearly a year ago. Police say she admitted to repeatedly hitting Tyler several times because she could not get him to stop crying and go back to sleep.
Dasher first reported that Tyler was missing, but later led investigators to Tyler's body after admitting she dumped him in a cemetery close to her Affton home.
