Chesterfield Couple Walks In On Burglary

CHESTERFIELD, MO. (KTVI) – Chesterfield police are seeking to identify a subject wanted for a burglary that occurred Monday night around 6:30 pm, in their home on Old Belle Monte Road, in Chesterfield.  The couple had just arrived h home and entered their home when confront by the burglar.  

The suspect used some sort of edged weapon to subdue the couple, while tying them up and stealing their car.
The couple wasn’t injured and managed to get loose from their bindings to call police.

The suspect is described as a black male, 25-40 years old, 5’11”, weighing between 200-220 pounds.  He was wearing a black ski mask, dark clothing and silver or light gray tennis shoes.

The stolen vehicle was a light gray Toyota Highlander, with Missouri license plates of YC5-D6V.
