(KTVI) – Are you felling a little paunch around the middle? Sure, some can be attriburted to all that nervous eating you did during the wacky Rams game, but some of it is also associated with sleep.

Several studies say that if you get too little sleep, 5 to 6 hours, or too much sleep, 9 to 10 hours, it could be the reason for your weight gain.   It could increase your energy and fat storage and reduce your energy.
