Envisoning Home to Play at St. Louis Film Festival
(KTVI) – St. Louis is a birthplace for modern public housing. They went up in the 1950s and began to come down in the 1970s. The expensive social experiment of warehousing poverty was a colossal failure. That failure and what followed is the subject of a documentary called, “Envisioning Home.”
It plays Wednesday night at the St. Louis Film Festival and focuses on two leaders, Richard Baron and Jean King. They were interviewed on FOX 2 News in the Morning.
