ORLANDO, FL (FOX NEWS) - A gas station in the sunshine state is charging $6.44 for a gallon of gasoline. You can find the high prices Shell station is located on Vineland avenue in the heart of Orlando's tourist town. Gas is going for $6.44 a gallon for regular.
The customers are mostly tourists. Many are from out of the country.
Chris Westberry says the high prices for this station is nothing new.
WestberrY says: "I don't see how they're still open. I mean, I surprised they're not fined for that and people that actually pay for that, I mean that's crazy."
No fine, because Orlando is not in a state of emergency. If it was the state could decide to investigate if it received complaints.
