(KTVI) – Ask any woman or man, high heels are the shoes of choice. They add height, lengthen the calf and look great, but here comes the power flat.

In fact, flat shoes are showing up all over the runways.  Dr. Richard Lehman from the U.S. Centers for Sports Medicine in Kirkwood talks about it.
