Multi-Vehicle Accident On I-270

ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) – A multi-vehicle accident has closed three lanes of southbound I-270 near the Gravois exit. Fire and EMS crews have removed a passenger from a pick-up truck. The driver of the truck was taken away by ambulance.

Traffic is backed up to highway 40.
