(KTVI) – Missouri defensive tackle Sheldon Richardson has been suspended for Saturday’s game with Syracuse, according to KOMU-TV’s Eric Blumberg. Richardson, a red-shirt junior from St. Louis, is Mizzou’s leading tackler on the season.
He also has 4 sacks, and 9.5 tackles for a loss. No comment yet from Missouri regarding the suspension. Richardson is having a breakout year and is considered a candidate for SEC Defensive Player of the Year.
