Warrants Issued for Florissant Man Who Shot Designated Driver in Throat

FLORISSANT, MO (KTVI)– Arrest warrants were issued Monday for 45-year-old Timothy Rogers by the St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office for first-degree assault and armed criminal action after he reportedly shot a 36-year-old man in the neck at a Florissant bowling alley Sunday night.

Rogers lives in the 1900 block of North Downs in Florissant.
