Tree Slices Home In Half While Owners Were Shopping

ST. CHARLES COUNTY, MO (KTVI) – It is something you don’t see every day. A large Sycamore tree fell on a St. Charles County home Friday, slicing it in half.  The tree fell around 1:30 pm onto the house on San Camelia around 1:30pm Friday, destroying it. 

Luckily, the owners of the home were not at home at the time. They were out shopping on Black Friday.

Neighbors felt and heard the tree fall.  When they went outside, they saw a cloud of dust obscuring the view of the home.
