BROOKLYN, IL (KTVI)-Illinois State Police are investigating a deadly shooting outside the Pink Slip strip club in Brooklyn, IL, about 3:25 Sunday morning.  Police identify the victim as Walter Taylor, Jr., 23, from East St. Louis. Taylor's relatives say he was gunned down in front of his cousin who was with him in line to get into the club. They say there was a dispute over whether they had paid the full cover charge and a scuffle ensued.

Police said the club stayed open after the shooting, as if nothing happened. Taylor's relatives say the two were unarmed and are demanding the club be shut down.

Patrons are required to go through metal detector screening to enter the Pink Slip club.

Police have yet to arrest a suspect and did not release a description. They believe surveillance cameras may have caught the entire incident.
