Injuries Reported After Accident Involving Semi

GRANITE CITY, IL (KTVI)– Injuries were reported after an accident involving a car and a semi in Granite City.

This happened around 2:30 p.m. on Route 3 at North Gate Industrial Drive.

Authorities said non life-threatening injuries were reported. One victim was transported by Arch Helicopter. Two children were in the vehicle, but were not injured. They were taken to a hospital as a pre-caution.
