Crossing the Delmar Divide

(KTVI) -Sometimes it takes outside eyes to see the light. That appears to be the premise of a four-minute BBC news story last March that looked into racial and economic divisions along Delmar Boulevard.

That video went viral. BBC Journalist Franz Strasser is the reporter and he’s back in St. Louis discussing the piece Wednesday night.
