St. Charles Appoints New Police Chief

ST. CHARLES, MO. (KTVI) – Mayor Sally Faith has named a new Police Chief for the St. Charles City Police Department.  The mayor chose an outside candidate Randall McKinley, currently the Police Chief for Bloomington, Illinois.

McKinley will be taking the reins of the police department after the start of the New Year.

Currently the department is being run by Interim Police Chief Larry Stulce.
