Police Dog Helps Sniff Out Pizza Thief

CAHOKIA, IL (KTVI) -  An accused pizza delivery robber got caught by the strong sense of smell of a police canine.  The Belleville News-Democrat reports four adults and a juvenile were charged with aggravated robbery on Saturday.

According to the report, the robbery happened on December 27 . Two men robbed the pizza delivery man at a Cahokia home, but  when the police were called, the canine followed the suspect’s scents to another house on the same street.

All are being held on a $50,000 bond.
